After years of accumulation and polishing, the Stirling engine series has welcomed a new batch of members - M20 series models. This is a new batch of faces, the power cylinder of this series of models has a uniform diameter of 20MM, and the structure of each component is different.
In order to improve the service life of cylinder and piston, we choose bearing steel GCR15 as the raw material of cylinder liner and piston liner, and do quenching treatment after processing in CNC lathe to increase the hardness to 58-62HRCo, and then after grinding treatment, the precision can reach plus or minus 0.005MM or so, the piston in the cylinder to do the reciprocating motion at the same time as far as possible sealing of cylinder, which is a key part of the embodiment of the accuracy of Stirling. This is the key part of Stirling precision. This is also the key part of Stirling precision.

This is a very impressive machine with excellent craftsmanship and flawless mechanical operation. It's a very attractive display piece that I plan to keep on my desk, and my fellow engineers are impressed with it as well. It runs amazingly fast and is not too loud .
I can't say enough about the quality of this motor and how well it works. I wouldn't be surprised if this was priced at $300+ because it honestly has that feel to it. I made a quick video demonstration and posted it on YT which you can find by search the ASIN B00LWWVNTW. It even comes with spare parts just in case. Since buying it I have not stopped admiring it for a second. It makes a great showpiece for your desktop and would also make for an amazing gift for the motor-head in your life.
I ordered this device thinking it was a steam engine and went a little crazy trying to discover where to pour the water. Finally I read the word Air in the description and realized it uses expanded hot air instead of steam to drive the two pistons. This adds lots more fun to the device, makes less of a mess, and illustrates for me a brand new concept. Under the right conditions it will go up to 2,000 revolutions per minute! You get an engine, a couple of pulleys, an electrical generator and even a light that changes colors every few seconds. What a fantastic bargain! (Please don't raise the price, I may buy another one for a grandchild.)
The thing was already assembled in the box and all I had to do was fill the oil cup with oil and put in the wick. After absorbing the oil, I lit the wick and followed the instructions and the engine started running.
Got this for my dad for fathers day and he loved it. Make sure to read the instructions carefully as it might not work right out of the box. My dad is an engineer so played with it a bit before he got it to work. After that he was having alot of fun with the usb part.
